Thanksgiving, Gluten Free Specialties SCS Updates I can't believe that in less than a month, it will be Thanksgiving! Where has the time gone? Now that Cider Mill season is starting to slow down a bit, we will be focusing on making our Thanksgiving Products next week. Since we have a lot still going on, our choices will be a little less this year, so we can focus on getting St Clair Shores going. We plan on making Pumpkin Pies, our crazy famous Caramel Apple Pies, and Dinner Rolls. Time permitting, we also plan on our delicious Cinnamon Rolls. We will NOT be taking orders, nor will we hold any of these items. It will be First come, first serve. We recommend watching when we post them, and then keep them in your freezers until needed. Our Holiday Hours will be: Sun Nov 22: 11am- 3pm Mon - Wed Nov 23-25: 10 am - 5pm Thur Nov 26: CLOSED. Happy Thanksgiving! Fri Nov 27: 10am - 5pm Sat- Sun Nov 28-29: CLOSED Mon Nov 30: Resume Normal Hours As for Gluten Free Specialties SCS, we are closer than ever! Of course, nothing has been easy. But, Mike has been spending extra time working on it. Literally, nonstop. I'm starting to forget what my husband even looks like, because he has been working so very hard to get it ready... while also trying to keep up with this store, and the baking. It's a LOT. We have a few projects left to finish before inspections. We are aiming for the end of next month, but most likely plan on the end of the year. I know, it's been a LOOOONG 2 years. But, we think that once we get it situated, it's going to be worth the wait! We are very excited to meet all of you, and have you experience us! I will miss some of you, as I will stay in the Rochester Hills store, but I know it will be a shorter drive for many of you. Thank you to all of you for being patient with us. It has truly been a struggle these last few years since our move. And, I am sure there will be some growing pains once SCS opens, as we try to navigate being under 2 roofs, instead of the one we moved from. But, we do appreciate you sticking with us through our "work in progress". Thank you too for those of you who have been patient with me, as my brain has been overloaded lately (Brain Injuries don't like that!), and I have been glitching a lot, and taking longer to think things through.
